These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://outboardpitcrew.com and services offered by Outboard Pit Crew LLC ("Outboard Pit Crew," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, submitting a service request, authorizing work, or enrolling in our text-messaging program, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.
1. Services and Service Requests
Outboard Pit Crew provides mobile outboard-engine maintenance and related customer support in its service area. A website submission is a request for information and does not guarantee eligibility, pricing, parts availability, scheduling, or an appointment. Final scope, price, location, timing, and authorization may be confirmed separately. Customers must provide accurate engine, vessel, location, and contact information and disclose conditions that could affect safe access or service.
2. Quotes, Scheduling, Authorization, and Payment
Displayed prices may be starting prices or estimates. Taxes, travel, parts, engine configuration, access, and approved additional work may affect the final amount. An appointment is confirmed only when Outboard Pit Crew confirms it. Work may require a signed authorization. Amounts are due as stated on the estimate, invoice, or payment request. Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, warranties, and service-specific terms are governed by the documents or notices provided for the applicable service.
3. Outboard Pit Crew Customer-Care SMS Program
Outboard Pit Crew LLC operates a customer-care text-messaging program for customers who voluntarily opt in. Messages may concern service-request follow-up, service eligibility, quotes, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, service-status updates, work authorizations, payment requests, service-record links, answers to customer-care questions, and future maintenance reminders. We do not use purchased lists or send unsolicited text messages.
4. SMS Consent and Eligibility
You may opt in through an Outboard Pit Crew service-request form by actively selecting an optional SMS-consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, that you are authorized to consent, and that you are at least 18 years old.
5. Message Frequency and Message/Data Rates
Message frequency varies based on your service request, appointments, and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
6. How to Opt Out — Text STOP
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Outboard Pit Crew LLC. After you text STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from this program unless you later provide new consent. Requests to stop one-to-one communications may also be made by calling or emailing us.

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

10. Privacy and Mobile Information

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided only to service providers that support delivery of the messaging program as necessary to provide those services.
11. Acceptable Website Use
You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with its operation; submit false, unlawful, or harmful content; impersonate another person; or use website content in violation of law or our rights.
